Job Summary:

The Network Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing support of network infrastructure based on project tender requirement, ensuring the availability, performance, and security of network systems. You will work closely with project teams to troubleshoot and resolve networking issues, implement network improvements, and help optimize the network environment to deliver projects successfully. Required Qualifications:

o Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco IM & Presence and Jabber

o Cisco Voice Gateway and VG Analog Converter

o Protocols such as MGCP, H.323 and SIP Protocol

o Voice Call Routing and Dial Plan

• Solid experience in troubleshooting voice-related issue.

• Relevant experience in voice recording (active & passive)

• Cisco certification is an added advantage.

• Able to provide support during non-business hour calls.

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

• Positive and supportive attitude towards team members.

• Extreme discretion in handling of confidential information.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Strong Knowledge on IP Telephony from operational and design perspective.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and logical skills

• Must be self-motivated and should demonstrate keen attention to detail and possess the ability to work autonomously

• Experience in Call Manager IP Telephony from operational and design perspective/ CISCO Jabber/ Cisco Voice Gateway and VG Analog Converter/ Protocols such as MGCP, H.323 and SIP Protocol, Voice Call Routing and Dial Plan and Relevant experience in voice recording (active & passive)
