• Perform mass balance analysis of all the processes to identify/rectify issues and minimize uncounted losses.
• Maintain and progressive improvement of the mass balance monitoring system.
• Track GHG emission and drive toward emission reduction.
• Initiate and drive the optimization initiatives of the operating assets to achieve reliability improvement, cost optimization and GHG emission reduction.
• Develop, implement and progressive improvement of the performance monitoring tools to enhance the work efficiency through automation and digitalization.
• Develop, update and implement plant performance related SOPs and workflows.
• Provide technical support related to plant performance to Power and utilities projects under development.
• Keep track on the development and implementation of new technologies in power and utilities industries and explore the feasibility of implementing such in the Company’s assets and new projects to improve reliability, efficiency, and sustainability, such as hydrogen blending, ammonia, battery storage, and carbon capture etc.
• Supervises and oversees performance and reliability personnel skill improvement, training, and safety programs.

• Data Quality and Availability: Dealing with data challenges, such as inconsistent or incomplete data, and establishing robust data collection processes.

• Technical Complexity: Managing the complexity of diverse assets and their unique failure modes, requiring deep technical knowledge and expertise

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.).
• Proven experience (10-15 years) in power/utilities plant operations and maintenance
• Knowledge of reliability methodologies, including FMEA, RCM, and condition-based maintenance.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and best practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex systems, identify failure patterns, and implement effective solutions.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical techniques to interpret asset performance data.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Customer Management: Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
2. Leadership and Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of customer success professionals, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and excellence.
3. Advanced Technical Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level technical inquiries, working with technical and Group Digital teams to troubleshoot complex issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
4. Customer Advocacy: Build strong relationships with key customers, acting as their advocate within the organization to ensure their needs and expectations are met. Work with Product team as customer advocate.
5. Product Expertise and Feedback: Act as an expert on our products, providing insights to customers, and channeling customer feedback to the product team for enhancements.
6. Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators for customer success, including customer engagement, satisfaction, retention rates, and overall customer health scores.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product, technical and Group Digital teams to align on customer goals, product improvements, and business strategies.
8. Training and Education: Develop comprehensive training materials and programs for customers, enhancing their understanding and use of our products.
9. Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field, such as Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related area
• 5+ years of experience in a technical sales or presales engineering role in SaaS or software industry
• Experienced in providing product demos and conduct technical presentations for prospective clients
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex technical concepts and challenges into actionable plans
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with an organized and proactive nature
• Experience in solar industry will be an advantage
• Experience in customer success a plus
• Mandarin speaking is a plus due to potential new market entry
