Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Civil or Architecture Engineering or related field
• Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP) certificate required.

The Festivals and Precinct Development (FPD) team is responsible for organising two annual signature community outreach events – the Singapore HeritageFest (SHF) and the Singapore Night Festival (SNF) – as well as managing the Bras Basah - Bugis (BBB) arts and heritage precinct.
