Our client is one of the local leading player in sports industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Sustainability and Infrastructure Development Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily assessible.

Responsibilities of Sustainability and Infrastructure Development Manager:

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of building facilities within the District on behalf of the government.
• Ensure current buildings meet certification standards and align new project goals with the overall success of industry, community, and government efforts.
• Enhance the Development Management Team's technical expertise to support the ambitious growth plan.
• Establish and lead project teams for the Indoor Arena's delivery, incorporating user requirements, operator specifications, and facilities management considerations into planning and design.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align requirements and coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants.
• Work both independently and collaboratively to solve problems through innovative approaches.
• Partner with JTC's Project Management Team to ensure successful completion of the Indoor Arena.
• Develop a three-year roadmap for organisation's Green Plan, focusing on sustainable development for the Indoor Arena.
• Actively contribute to project designs with innovative solutions for current and future developments.

Requirements:

• Min 15 years experience in areas of the built environment (architecture, urban design & planning)
• Masters of Architecture or relevant field
• Strong in cost control, project cost structures and project finances
• Registered Architect is a bonus
