As an individual contributor, your role will focus on becoming a subject matter expert in Internal Audit, collaborating with management and business units to improve internal controls and support corporate governance and work with business and risk owners to manage risks and propose practical internal controls. Key responsibilities include assisting with the annual audit plan, conducting financial, compliance, and operational audits, offering recommendations for improvement, managing audit teams and overseeing outsourced providers. Additionally, you will be involved in investigations, advisory projects, and monitoring the closure of audit issues while supporting the business strategic transformation and governance processes.The ideal candidate is one who is a strong team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Skills and experience required
A recognised degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent with at least 10 years of relevant experience. Background from public sector entities will be an added advantage.
