The Sales & Advisory Business Execution Lead Analyst is senior member of the Asia South Investment Advisory Team. The role is a seasoned professional who applies in-depth knowledge to drive improvement of investments sales & advisory processes and work-flow. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise. Job Description

The successful candidate will play an integral role within the IT Service Management Ops leadership team. Armed with a strategic focus and experience in application infrastructure resiliency as well as operational stability the candidate is expected to lead the swift service recovery from complex incidents and managing disaster recovery ensuring high service availability and customer satisfaction in IT service delivery. This position is crucial in ensuring operational stability, which includes leading improvements through process review/transformation and implementation of new initiatives and tools.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PMO Analyst, ideally with a background in management consulting and/or expertise in commodity trading. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in projects on the implementation and optimization of CTRM systems, leveraging their skills to deliver effective solutions. Main responsibilities:

• Support the project management for the system development and implementation activities and develop business process flows
• Prepare and manage the reporting to communicate project risks, issues and actions to stakeholders
• Ensure that the team adheres to committed timelines and deliverables and assist in de-risking
• Hold the pen to capture user requirements into features, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate process workflow modelling to collaborate on to-be state/process illustration and closing the gaps between workstreams
• Hold the pen for L5 documentation (if superusers are unavailable) to refresh L5 documentation
• Facilitate the creation of test scenarios (where required), training documentation, preparation of test data, collation of change requests, capture of test evidence and ensure the successful completion of UAT
• Co-ordinate user training according to plan
• Other governance, documentation and process work as required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
• Experience of project management as a consultant
