Summary:

The Regional Data Center Systems Category Manager reports to the Secure Power Data Center Systems LoB Director of Global Category Management and is responsible for the commercial success of the Data Center Systems business in the region. She/He represents the region for all the new product development and life cycle activities within the Line of Business. He/she will be the Single Point of Contact within the region for all product related technical and commercial queries. He/she completes, and coordinates tasks related to new offers launches and ensure local teams are set up to succeed in the introduction and selling of delivered offers.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as a technical expert in the region to be able answer all product customer questions
• Support the P&L in the region for the Data Center Systems products and offers;
• Accountable for regions’ business commitments during the offer development cycle;
• Lead new offer introduction reviews in the region and drive corrective actions;
• Prepare business cases, collect regional commitments and Voice of Customer to influence the product management, R&D, Project Management teams for new product development and/or product maintenance.
• Determine in collaboration with the country commercial teams the appropriate GTM strategy for Data Center Systems offers in the region and help to execute the GTM strategy with the commercial teams
• Continuously monitor BFO for offering proactive help to commercial teams and helps increase the project hitrate
• Ensure launch activities are completed and updated in the regional launch documents
• Monitor key competitors in the industry benchmark new products against the competitors
• Lead Voice of Customer initiatives in the region to collect market feedback for the new offer development, offer enhancement and innovation activities
• Support commercial teams for driving success - including special projects and large deals
• Provide support to region for all reporting or product information requests and trainings -including partners
• Conduct regular cadences with local commercial teams to monitor the business performance, analyze offer gaps, collect market feedback
• Work with extended teams within marketing, supply chain, and global functions to deliver support on core offer related requests
• Provide support with Quality and Services related activities when required
• Key performance metrics are timely launches of new offers, pipeline created related to Data Center Systems offers, increase the attach rate of DCS offers both in C&SP and C&I in the region and 3ph & Prefab topline and GM% growth.

Desired experience:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working across functional teams, including end-user sales teams, transactional channels and enabling growth plans through organizations. Specifics experience needed:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related fields
• Deep technical knowledge on 3 phase UPS and auxiliary products in the market
• Having worked in a global role for a major 3 phase UPS manufacturer 3+ years is preferred.
• Datacenter product certifications from 3rd party companies
• 7+ years of working experience in Datacenter systems or 3 phase UPS related fields in technical and commercial roles
• Understand the product development process and experienced in creating business cases
• Team player able to communicate, partner and motivate cross-functional groups towards mutual success.
• Passionate about innovation with good analytical skills to identify and address market opportunities
• Organized and good at managing multiple projects in parallel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable to present training, product introduction, marketing presentations to the large audiences

IT Business Analyst

Position Purpose

To team with up the supply chain financing solutions team with Business Analyst to work on projects and application support of Connexis Supply Chain (Front Office & Back Office Application) global releases.

To work with Product Managers and Operation users from all the regions (APAC/EMEA/AMERICAS) on the requirements gathering, impact analysis and functional specifications for the enhancements and issues reported in production. CSC Business Analyst is also responsible to define the test scope of SIT, UAT, and NRT and validating test outcomes with the users and testers.

Responsibilities:

Direct Responsibilities

• To ensure the business/operational objectives of the new business requirements are well defined

• Performing systematic business analysis

• Validating business requirements to align with business/operations needs as well as IT architecture and security standards.

• Designing functional solutions & user workflows and documenting Functional Specifications.

• To walkthrough requirement and proposed solutions to all stakeholders and get it reviewed and signoff.

• To develop SIT/UAT/NRT scope and approach. To guide Testing team in writing test scenarios/cases and review to get signoff from stakeholders. To rationalize test cases when needed to match with available resources and target timeline.

• To validate SIT test results produced by testing team to signoff.

• To assist users in planning/executing UAT, analyzing defects, and defining defects priority for fix delivery by development team.

• Documenting/reviewing user manuals and release notes as required

• Assist in providing tactical/strategic solutions for new client requirements

• Assist in the conversion/migration exercise where necessary

• For production defects, perform functional analysis and propose solutions.

• IT Design and development exposure is a definite plus.

• Good understanding and knowledge of key security subjects (SSL/TLS, PKI, Certificates) and user authentication solutions.

Specific Qualifications

• Graduate degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent

• 10-12 years of total experience with last 4-5 years as IT Business Analyst, preferably in the domain of Trade Financing or supply chain Financing/accounts payable/accounts receivable.
