Key Responsibilities

· Good domain and functional knowledge on Market and Referential data in supporting Global Markets, Risk, Finance, Regulatory reporting, Wholesale and Retail banking.

Key Requirements:

· Degree, IT Engineering, Business or Finance

· You have minimum of 5 years of experience with IT projects in the banking / financial / insurance industry.

· Key functional domain knowledge on Market Data for Global Market Trading and its usage for downstream regulatory reporting.

Role Summary:

The Sales Support Representative (SSR) is the primary point of contact for the customer and collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and other departments to respond to customer inquiries. - Manage and monitor the proposal throughout the entire bid cycle including updating and maintaining designated workload management tool, while monitoring hit-rate optimization.
- Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of pump applications and types, a clear understanding of parts, programs, and processes to best drive solutions to our valued end user customers.
- Identify and develop key actions in partnership with sales leadership team required to achieve forecast accuracy, addressing gaps in performance, preparation of QBR data analytics.
- Maintain current, accurate and organized records of sales training, organization charts as well as other critical pieces of information needed to manage the sales engagement.
- In collaboration with Sales leadership team ensure continuous improvement projects are executed and delivered to meet objectives.
- Receive in and compile weekly sales reports.
- Support 30 day/ quarterly sales forecast and monthly outlook processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently and be a team player with a global mindset and approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
- Excellent organizational skills, able to establish priorities and work to specific deadlines with little supervision.

• Provide onsite technical support for end user services, including troubleshooting, problem identification, rectification, and escalation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The BA Analyst is the primary contact in REC IT for SAP S/4HANA functional areas and its related integrations. This person is responsible to provide solutions for business needs & support day-to-day operations. It requires to work closely with other SAP Analysts & 3rd party vendors to propose solutions and align steps before execution.

A successful IT BA Analyst must have at least 3 years SAP (or other similar tools) experience in project implementation or in a support role in an end user environment.
