POSITION SUMMARY

An IT support individual is in charge of supporting end user technologies, including desktop, printers, devices and potentially network and systems of all types, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support for end user desktops and laptops which include but not limited to internal hardware component replacements.

The IT Application Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of software applications within the group. Responsibilities:

1. IT Operations

• Manage Incident tickets and Request Ticket raised by business users
• Collaborate with helpdesk, regional second level and third level support, external vendor and HQ team to resolve IT systems issues. This includes all processes to achieve resolution.
• Support IT systems usage questions from users
• Create and maintain SQL based reports
• Troubleshoot IT systems issue
• First level support on IT security issues.
• Manage business users’ expectation on IT processes such as incident management, Change Management, Demand Management, Request Management and Security policies
• Attend conference calls for incident management, release management
