The primary purpose of the position of Senior IT Systems Analyst is to analyse, design, and enhance the Company’s Information Systems to ensure they effectively support and contribute to the overall mission and objectives of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Management and support of daily End Users IT requests/issues on business application and Workflow systems

Experience

As an Application Architect Manager - Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of financial software applications and solutions. Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of application architectures for complex systems, ensuring consistency with specified requirements agreed with both external and internal customers
• Take full responsibility for the balance between functional, service quality and systems management requirements within a significant area of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in S/4HANA implementation project end-to-end would be a bonus

Job Objectives:

The specialized First Recovery Support IT Production Support Engineer is responsible to support application wellness in production systems, Managing monitoring of system exception emails, help desk incident assignments and distribution within teams. Closely follow-up and monitor issue from investigation, pass relevant details to L2/L3 team. Make sure system availability as per SLA across countries for multiple applications / interfaces. · Perform scheduled tasks within Service Level Agreements (SLA) referring to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Manage service requests recording for monthly management reporting.
