We are seeking a dynamic IT Project Manager/Business Analyst to lead the development and deployment of a new healthcare IT product. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise, project management capabilities, and a knack for stakeholder engagement. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration between technical and business teams while contributing to coding and development tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document detailed business and technical requirements for the new product.
• Translate business requirements into technical for the development team
• Identify risks and technical challenges at the requirements stage to plan mitigation
• Estimate effort and plan timeline for delivery to propose to the program director

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment of technical deliverables with business objectives.

Development & Coding:

• Contribute technical expertise, particularly in coding with Python and object-oriented programming languages such as Java.
• Leverage full stack development skills to support technical teams during critical project phases.

UI/UX Contribution:

• Provide input into user interface design to ensure it meets user needs and aligns with the product's functionality.

Quality Assurance:

• Lead quality assurance processes, including test case development, to ensure a high-quality product launch.

Problem Solving:

• Tackle project challenges proactively by identifying root causes and delivering practical solutions under tight deadlines.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present updates to diverse audiences.
• Work closely with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to achieve project objectives.

Your Profile

Experience:

• At least 3 years managing large-scale IT projects, preferably involving new product development and deployment.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming (e.g., Java).
• Experience in full stack development.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
• Solid understanding of quality assurance processes.
• Agile development experience.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• High tolerance for stress and adaptability to dynamic environments.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Coordinate and deliver IT Help Desk services to SLH end-user community, ensuring prompt response and resolution of IT issues and requests.

· Facilitate timely onboarding and offboarding of users.

· Maintain the accuracy and quality of IT asset inventory.

· Carry out patching, maintenance and refresh of end-user devices and applications.

· Ensure all end-user devices comply to SLH security policies and processes.

· Provide administrative and support expertise in Microsoft Windows devices, Microsoft 365, anti-malware software, active directory, security patch management and other frequently used applications.

· Troubleshoot and resolve common end-user device issues, e.g. network, wifi, printing, security, etc.

· Provide management with timely and accurate report of end-user device health and security posture.

· Participate in IT projects.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum a Diploma in Computing, with at least 2 years of IT experience providing end-user computing support

· Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily IT operations, including the installation, configuration, maintenance, and management of hardware and software applications, computer hardware, data network equipment, copiers, phone PBX systems, CCTV systems, and security alarms.
• Assess systems and troubleshoot technical issues encountered by users with hardware, software, or networks.
• Ensure the reliability and integrity of the network infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points, to ensure seamless connectivity and security.
• Implement cybersecurity measures to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, malware, and other cyber threats.
• Administer and optimize ERP systems, understanding the company's business process flow, and collaborating with departments to enhance the ERP system as needed. Integrate with the Intranet to ensure smooth data flow.
• Analyze and understand company needs for hardware and software, provide technical support to related departments, and suggest and implement necessary upgrades.
• Analyze databases within application areas to optimize performance through software updates and the integration of new technologies.
• Gather requirements, analyze, design, and develop integration solutions and APIs, creating workflows and connectors to enhance system integration.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in ICT support and managing Microsoft server infrastructure and Hyper-V.
• Professional certifications (administration/support) in Microsoft 365, Business Central Dynamics 365, Power BI, SAP, SQL, or equivalent are a plus.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols and security technologies.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with different departments.

Job Description:

1. Act as an internal controller under the Operational Permanent Control (OPC) framework for Wealth Management covering both Hong Kong & Singapore, following the control guidelines and methodologies provided by the Group / Head Office / Regional OPC management.
2. Perform Key Surveillance Points (KSP controls) related to the selling process of financial instrument in compliance with the Control Plan, under the supervision of the Domain Lead.
3. Collate raw data & information and gather relevant information from internal stakeholders to perform the preparatory works (i.e. data analysis, sampling selection, test steps conduct the tests and data analysis to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of the system of the internal controls.
4. When performing KSP controls, assess the quality of the internal processes and procedures in relation to the subject matter covered by the KSPs, adopting a risk-based approach. Ensure the consistency and compliance of operational activities falling under the scope of the KSPs. Analysis work will involve making reference to internal policies, information from various internal sources (including IT systems), previously detected cases / escalated alerts. For cases requiring further clarification, the controller is required to communicate with the relevant internal stakeholders to obtain previsions or justifications.
5. In case of detection of breaches with internal processes and procedures, investigate the root cause of the deviation and propose relevant remediation actions, in collaboration with the internal stakeholder involved as well as the Domain Lead.
6. Ensure proper and detailed documentation of the control preparation (including sampling), execution and results.
7. Provide regular reporting to the Domain Lead, the Head of Permanent Controls WM APAC, the Head of Conduct & Control WM APAC and the management of WM APAC on the overall level of risk and outcome of KSP controls.
8. Provide subject matter expertise on specified KSP themes and contribute to the management and maintenance of Control Methodology documentations, Coversheets, and other internal guidelines/documents.
