Requirement

• Minimum diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Proficient in MS Office Full Suite including NAV ERP and Office 365, Windows server setting up, MySQL, IT Domain knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities

IT Shared Services Support

• Provide end-user support for system functional, operational and technical basis; assist in troubleshooting, testing and maintenance.
• Manage timely updates, patching, system housekeeping, and backups.
• Research, identify, and support the implementation of new technologies.
• Configure, install, and support software and business applications in Windows environments.
• Conduct 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting and application setup for business units.

Business Function & ERP Support

• Maintain and provide end-user support for management and hospitality systems, including ERP, CRM, POS, and network equipment.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central for seamless performance.
• Configure and optimize Microsoft applications, including SharePoint, Business Central, and Office 365.
• Train users on Business Central for effective system usage and role proficiency.
• Customize Business Central reports, dashboards, and interfaces to align with business needs.

Database Management and Reporting:

• Maintain and optimize databases; manage data collection and reporting in Business Central to keep information accurate and accessible.
• Integration Management: Coordinate integrations between Business Central and other systems (POS, CRM) to enable seamless data flow for financial reporting and timely insights.
• Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory in Business Central, collaborating with F&B outlets to prevent shortages or overstock and ensure proper bill of material setup.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Business Central.
• Data Migration and Updates: Oversee data migration and updates during system upgrades or transitions from legacy systems.
• System Upgrades and Testing: Manage system upgrades, test functionalities, and maintain the latest version with minimal disruptions.

Project Implementation Support:

• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user training with vendors, stakeholders, and end users, track application issues and upgrades closely.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual as a IT Coordinator (Banking), to support the Network & Hosting Team of our client in Singapore, which is a top global investment bank.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the timely and accurate delivery of network and hosting infrastructure equipment to data centers, warehouses, and other critical facilities of the bank. You will work closely with vendors, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure that all deliveries are processed efficiently, and items are received accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Coordination:

• Oversee the end-to-end logistics of equipment deliveries to data centers, warehouses, and other relevant locations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely ordering and procurement of required items, ensuring all equipment is ordered according to project specifications.
• Track and monitor the status of orders and shipments, ensuring that deliveries are on time and accurate.

Vendor and Supplier Management:

• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistics partners to manage orders, deliveries, and any issues or delays.
• Ensure that vendor documentation (such as invoices, packing slips, etc.) is complete and accurate.
• Track vendor performance and report any discrepancies or issues that may impact delivery timelines.

Data Center Access Coordination:

• Request and manage access passes for entry into data centers, ensuring that all passes are prepared and ready for delivery teams.
• Work closely with security and facilities teams at data centers to ensure that delivery teams and equipment are properly authorized for entry.
• Ensure compliance with all data center protocols regarding access, safety, and security.

Delivery and Equipment Verification:

• Ensure that all equipment and shipments are verified upon delivery, checking for accuracy against purchase orders, shipping manifests, and packing lists.
• Document any discrepancies or damages in delivery, escalating issues as needed to the relevant teams for resolution.
• Perform initial inspections and quality checks to ensure that items received are in good condition and meet project requirements.

Logistics Documentation:

• Maintain detailed and organized records of all logistics-related activities, including delivery schedules, vendor communications, and access permissions.
• Report on logistics performance and provide feedback to relevant teams for continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all logistics-related queries from internal teams, external vendors, and data center personnel.
• Provide regular updates on the status of deliveries, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of any issues or delays.

Other Duties:

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed to support network infrastructure projects and hosting operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Information Technology, or any other field
• Relevant experience is not required but will be an advantage
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling equipment deliveries and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant experience in logistics coordination, vendor management, or similar roles, in a network, IT, or data center environment will be an advantage
• Familiarity with data center operations, network infrastructure, and hosting environments (advantageous).
• Experience working in data center or network infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of industry-standard logistics practices and shipping methods.
• Familiarity with vendor management and procurement processes.
• Experience in coordinating equipment deliveries in high-security environments.

Working Conditions

• Office and data center environment.
• Occasional travel to data center locations may be required.
• Ability to work outside of normal business hours (Saturday or after 6pm) is required for the role to coordinate deliveries or handle urgent requests.

• Working in a team to provide support for existing application systems, including managing daily system operations and account-related support.
• Assist end-users in using applications effectively, providing guidance and training when necessary. Point of contact for users experiencing application-related problems.

• Document operational procedures, account management, audits and IT procurement activities. Carry out monitoring and report on application performance and other related metrics.

• Work closely with the infrastructure and network team to ensure maximum system stability and uptime.

Requirements:

• GCE O Level and above
• At least 2 years of experience providing L1 support in a mid-to-large enterprise environment with more than 100 employees.
• Hands-on experience as a Global Admin or in user administration, Intune management, and security management.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot issues with endpoint devices (Windows, Android, iOS) and resolve network-related problems.
