About the role

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager with a bent for solving technical problems and an equally strong ability to drive business strategy and communicate to any audience.

You will lead core parts of our fintech platform that will help to accelerate digital businesses. You will be responsible for the vision, strategy and execution of all initiatives that will ensure our customers get the most value out of our fintech products.

You will be responsible for understanding the motivations and business requirements of our customers and their end-users, and to ensure that our product offering exceeds their expectations, driving towards our company mission of providing equal financial opportunities to everyone.

You will support and mentor other product managers on the team, providing regular guidance and feedback. You will be a role model for others to emulate and set high standards for those around you.

What you'll be doing

• Work closely with the Card Issuing lead and other product managers to discover, ideate, develop and launch growth opportunities and customer-centric products in Singapore and Indonesia;
• Identify market opportunities and establish the product vision and strategy for a brand new product line;
• Understand user needs and gather product requirements to build a world-class card issuing platform;
• Write and review product specifications to scope out new products in detail;
• Build alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners (e.g. Marketing, Operations, Business Development, Compliance, etc.) and the Leadership team;
• Develop and prioritize the product roadmap;
• Document user stories and mockups using collaboration tools like Notion, Figma, and Whimsical;
• Define metrics to measure the health and success of our card issuing platform;

RESPONSIBILITIES

The main responsibilities of this role are to ensure effective and efficient coordination of our Pool vessel operations. Liaise closely with the Pool partners, Fleet Technical Managers, Commercial, Bunker, Claims and Controls teams to identify opportunities within operations for effective fleet performance monitoring and management. Influence the fleet operations team and other associated stakeholders in aligning with the vessel performance management goals and objectives in optimizing TCE. Assist in developing KPI, scorecards, workflow charts, and process maps for the operations team with regard to vessel's operational performance.

• Responsible for daily vessel operations, including issuance of voyage instructions, planning, optimizing and managing voyage bunkers, appoint agents, optimize voyage PnL taking into account speed and tank cleaning instructions.
• Ensure that all financial requirements, funding and invoicing for each voyage are promptly arranged and correctly disbursed
• Process and ensure compliance with relevant charter party requirements and company procedures, relevant voyage or time charter operational information between vessels, brokers, charterers and agents
• Maintain account of bunkers on board and plan for optimized uptake for spot market ships
• Monitor and record all details of voyage performance including off-hire, stoppages and delays within the vessel voyage performance report system, including trends / gap analysis
• Identify opportunities within operational practices which influence performance of vessels
• Arrange all routine invoicing and funding for voyage costs, including agency appointments, non- compulsory pilotage and surveyors' attendance
• Check and advise as necessary relevant voyage, cargo and port documentation required by principals for raising demurrage and off-hire claims
• Maintain and manage all department / fleet operational records, files and databases as per departmental procedures and documentation system
• Render pre-fixture support to commercial department concerning any vessel information requirements, questionnaires, certification and scheduling
• Render post fixture support to commercial department as required during the course of the voyage with pertinent operational information, routing, ETA / ETD, cargo operations, terminal and navigational issues
• Render post fixture support to Claims & Controls team as required for follow up of voyage claims, including providing information on charterer claims, insurance claims & other insurance-related matters to Claims, Commercial and Insurance departments

About The Role

We value the importance of having a robust Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs team that would serve as a key pillar for sustained commercial success. To that end, we are looking for a Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs Manager to join us on this journey. You will be part of our fast-growing team and will take ownership of your role from the get-go. You will work on ensuring our company’s commitment to comply with regulatory requirements and to maintain the effectiveness of our Quality Management System (QMS). You will also be in charge of our products’ regulatory strategies and submissions to various regulatory bodies. • Prior involvement in HSA, FDA 510(k)/De Novo and/or MDR 2017/745 submissions will be a plus.

Job Description

• Act as a Finance Business Partner to the designated Research Centre/ Institutes within the cluster and provide strategic support to its management and budget holders by proactively monitoring financial activities and financial reporting specific to the Institutes, and clearly communicating results of the analyses.

The Senior Supply Chain Manager, Process Design – Deliver is a member of the MedTech TranSCend Supply Chain ERP program organization and will report into the Process End to End Design Leader.

The primary accountability of the role is to lead within Deliver workstream and to define, harmonize, and deliver Global ERP capabilities design and deployment, while delivering to the timeline and requirements provided by the Business Process Owner (BPO) and Subject Matter Experts (SME). The Senior Manager must drive alignment between BPO, GPO, SME’s, IT, and the project team to enable the solution and process blueprint in the ERP and the ecosystem.

The Senior Supply Chain Manager will be an authority within their functional space and strive to deliver core business capabilities and products to meet critical business process needs within the Deliver area. The Senior Supply Chain Manager will establish, document, validate, and deploy these capabilities using the TranSCend program methodology and tools, while partnering with coordinated functions, data team, business adoption team, and technology team to ensure the capabilities are realized through program results.

The Senior Supply Chain Manager will be a part of the design governance forums to ensure that we harmonize our processes and capabilities, and raise for review, resolution, and approval where deviation is required.

The successful candidate must optimally collaborate with the GPO’s, BPO’s, SMEs, and all key partners to ensure successful deployment of the Global Template and meeting program timeline and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the planning and executing of all process design while supporting build, test, and adoption activities within the functional area within the project team.
• Collaborate with GPO, SME, IT, and PMO on planning and prioritization of any process design and build requirements.
• Use process design methodology, including relevant templates, tools, methodology, controls, and cadence to drive comprehensive solutions within the scope of the project
• Review and approve process decisions, designs, and relevant builds/deployments to ensure compliance with the Global Template
• Drives definition, documentation, and alignment of capabilities across the key stakeholder groups
• Reviews and approves end user business adoption mitigations for process changes
• Deviations from Standard ERP or Template, requires leadership review and approvals
• Partner with Process Integration leader to ensure a well-rounded end-to-end solution
• Partner with IT team to drive capabilities that are systematically crafted, built, validated, and deployed
• Collaborate with master data team to ensure data configuration meet business capability needs
• Partner with project management office to establish coordinated project plans / schedules / results.
• Partner with business adoption team to ensure organizational change, business readiness, site readiness, and training are delivered to meet business needs.

Requirements

• An advanced Bachelor’s degree Engineering, Business or Supply Chain, MBA Specialization in Supply Chain & Operation Management or Graduate degree in Science, Business, Engineering (strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with GxP and SOX requirements and regulations.
• Certification in areas of expertise (e.g., PMP, APICS, Lean/Six Sigma /Process Excellence, etc.).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Deliver and minimum of 7 years of overall business experience within one of the following functions: Plan, Source, Make, Quality, Deliver, Logistics, or Analytics.
• Have at least 3 years of business process design, engineering, and optimization experience with hands-on systems design (i.e. ERP) experience.
• Familiar with building consensus and ability to negotiate trade off decisions across the organization.
• Proven understanding of MedTech Supply Chain.
• Strong and tried project management experience with customer focus (internal & external), including development and management of collaborators.
• Knowledge of deploying standardized work processes, tools, and templates.
• Experience leading to project timelines and achievements in a sophisticated business environment, and multi-ERP/system environment.
• This position is Singapore based and may require up to 25% travel.
