Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the IT Manager and internal stakeholders to carry out assigned IT support tasks, ensuring operational efficiency and seamless execution of projects.
• Support the Clinical Operations team by engaging multidisciplinary stakeholders and addressing diverse requirements and perspectives to enhance patient-centered care and organizational effectiveness.
• Coordinate with users and IT vendors to deliver IT solutions and services effectively.
• Configure and deploy new desktop/laptop computers along with the necessary software, including administration of Windows Active Directory (AD).
• Provide technical assistance to end-users for a variety of technical issues related to devices (e.g., desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices) and software such as Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Manage data protection and cybersecurity operations, ensuring proper setup and maintenance of security systems.
• Maintain IT assets, systems documentation, and software licenses.
• Assist in executing action plans to achieve the company’s operational goals and support the efficient functioning of specialist clinics.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science or a relevant degree qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, end-user desktop support, and IT security implementation and operations.
• A team player with the ability to work independently.
• Candidates who can start work on short notice are preferred.
• Prior experience in a healthcare organization is advantageous.

• Providing on-site technical support to customer users, resolving software and hardware issues, and answering IT related questions.
• Maintain good customer service, ensuring timely, efficient, and professional responses to all customer inquiries and issues.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows or Mac operating systems and applications, such as Microsoft Office or other authorized desktop software.
• Diagnose and repair hardware issues on computers or facilitate the warranty process as needed.
• Utilize technical expertise to support corporate-issued desktop, laptop, and mobile devices, as well as network, email, and other related services.
• Offer ideas and solutions to prevent recurring issues that impact client computing support and overall employee productivity.
• Collaborate closely with remote IT teams to ensure system functionality and adherence to processes.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in IT, computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in IT support, particularly in deskside support roles, troubleshooting various PC software and hardware issues.
• Knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), software applications, and basic understanding of IT infrastructure (network services, VPN, etc.).
• Good communication skills, with the capacity to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Microsoft, Mac, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

• Salary $3000 - $4000
