Responsibilities

• Deliver presentations to customers, highlighting the advantages of the Company's Electronic Shipping Solutions. Alternatively, collaborate with the commercial team to jointly present and showcase these benefits.
• Guide customers through the initial phases of implementing the Company's Electronic Shipping Solutions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding and proper execution.
• Assist customers in resolving queries and issues related to the Company's Electronic Shipping Solutions.
• Provide technical escalation support for any issues related to the Company'sElectronic Shipping Solutions.

• Day to day operation of managing, administration of all cisco switches and Clearpass on customer site.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SOC L1 Analyst located in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and analyzing security events, identifying potential threats, conducting investigations, and responding to security incidents
