• 14+ years in IT Industry with 5+ years of Banking Industry experience
• Experienced IT Service Manager in Banking Industry to manage, coordinate, and direct IT service operations with teams

● Account, Supply Chain Management business knowledge or experience preferred.

● Preferably familiar with SQL query and has experience in DBMS e.g. SQL Server, Oracle will have an advantage.

● Possess strong interest in investigating and identifying causes of issues, and able to propose solutions to rectify the issue

● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and good verbal and written communication skills.

● A team contributor who can learn extremely fast, perform under pressure and excel in a fast-paced environment.

● Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking associates.

Working Experience And Skill Requirement IT Programmer

a. Must be able to speak and write English proficiently;

b. Have at least three (3) years' post graduate experience working with Personal computers or compatibles;

The Programmers shall be required to:

i. Code, modify, test, correct and document new and existing programs using assigned languages, tools and coding conventions;

v. Assist in establishing file structures and processing logic requirements;

vi. Produce deliverables according to group standards and procedures;
