Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage VMware and other vCenter environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Configure and maintain Meraki switches and access points, as well as Fortigate firewalls, ensuring network security and efficiency.
• Administer Windows servers, including MS-SQL and IIS servers to support development projects and assist with creating queries and reports.
• Support and maintain Windows workstations and laptops, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.
• Implement and manage backup/recovery solutions, along with comprehensive disaster recovery plans to safeguard data and operations.
• Collaborate with HQ to align with corporate IT standards, including maintaining and updating ISO documentation as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Programme Development

1. Assess complexity of client needs and the scope of services or programmes to be provided
2. Identify upcoming trends affecting programme's success
3. Apply relevant principles, frameworks and best practices in developing social service programmes
4. Develop and review service framework for programme work plans, resource requirement and budgeting
5. Determine allocation of resources for programmes
6. Adapt and incorporate best practices and trends in programmes
7. Build collaborations/partnerships with agencies, funders/sponsors and stakeholders in the social service sector for community development and re-integration
8. Pilot and refine service and programme parameters to ensure successful implementation
9. Identify and tap on appropriate community resources and/or funding schemes

Programme Implementation

1. Adapt programmes and services to suit needs of client or programme objectives
2. Develop strategies to address causes for client disengagement
3. Develop and implement promotional strategies, identify and provide solutions for programme participation
4. Coordinate the allocation of resources for programme execution, including logistics and manpower Plan and collaborate with other organisations to achieve programme's goals

Programme Evaluation

• Analyse and validate evaluation outcomes defined in programme plans
• Review relevance and alignment of programmes against programme plans
• Provide programme review and feedback to other social service professionals working in the social service programme and stakeholders
• Assess new developments best practices and standards to improve programme development and implementation
• Review and recommend improvements to organisational policies and processes that impact programmes

Stakeholder Management

1. Organise stakeholder engagements with team members, clients and/or stakeholders

Compliance

1. Review and update the status of KPIs to Reporting Officer and Centre Director periodically
2. Monitor Programme expenditure to ensure it is within the budget
3. Evaluate KPIs to ensure KPIs met within the timeline as per funding agencies' requirement
4. Vet/Prepare reports and ensure information/data is accurate

Supervision of Staff

1. Provide regular supervision for staff on their workload and administrative issues
2. Guide staff to reflect on their work and to support them in their professional development
3. Manage staff with different capabilities and initiate career planning. Prioritise and review work plans to ensure alignment to organisational strategic goals

• Possess Degree in Social Work or other relevant disciplines from an accredited institution

Relevant Experience

• 5-6 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in events or programmes design, planning and implementation will be an advantage
• Candidates with less a year of experience may be considered as well
• Working knowledge of social service practices will be an advantage
