1. First and Second level technical support for users’ desktops and laptops (Windows OS)
a. Troubleshoot and resolve any hardware, operating system, software problems relating to desktops, laptops including logging into it remotely if required
b. Manage Windows XP, Windows 7/10/11, MS Office 2003 and above, network connectivity, printer mapping and folder mapping etc.
2. Office 365 Administration
a. Office 365 Admin center administration eg. user creation, deletion, shared mailboxes etc
b. Intune administration eg. enrol and unjoin devices etc
3. PC Setup
a. AD creation for users eg. create, delete, disable etc
b. Join computer to domain
4. Software support
a. Standard Office 365 software support eg. Teams desktop, MS Word, MS Excel etc
b. Other Apps support eg. Adobe Acrobat installation and license assignment, Zoom, Forticlient etc
5. Endpoint protection support
a. Trend Micro Apex One installation and administration
6. Printers support
a. Printers and Konica copiers MFP setup and support including scanning / incoming faxes configuration
7. IT Assets
a. Annual PC Tech refresh for users
b. Maintains hardware and software inventory and keep it up to date – prepare checkout forms and check-in
c. Assist in annual assets condemnation exercise
8. Liaise with vendors for servicing and quotation.
9. Perform patch update and upgrades to computers, hardware, and software as required for end users’ devices
