Responsibilities:

Job Purpose

The IT Support Officer provides Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to ensure the smooth operation of the organisation’s IT systems and services. The primary focus of the Senior IT Systems Engineer role is to leverage extensive expertise in network administration and systems support to provide expert technical guidance and assistance in resolving complex IT issues.
