The primary purpose of the position of Senior IT Systems Analyst is to analyse, design, and enhance the Company’s Information Systems to ensure they effectively support and contribute to the overall mission and objectives of the organization.

They work with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to identify requirements, develop solutions, and ensure that systems meet the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Management and support of daily End Users IT requests/issues on business application and Workflow systems

• Ensure IT Tickets are properly logged and followed up with timely escalation to the supervisor and vendors

• Support of business application systems consist of but not limited to DMS (Dealer Management System) and CRM (Customer Management System).

As a Senior Internal Audit (IT) , you will :

Reporting to Internal Audit Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the department to foster strong corporate governance in Venture. You will be leading audit planning, execution and reporting for IT audit projects and supporting business audit projects to strengthen the IT and business processes and control environment. • 5 - 10 years of experience in IT auditing with public accounting firm, preferably with prior audit exposure in electronics manufacturing services domain.
• Experience in performing audits for compliance with COBIT framework and ITIL practices.
• Subject matter expertise in one or more following is desirable: Information security, data privacy, software development, operating system, SAP, system migration, network and firewall audits.
• Data analytics experience is a significant advantage.
