With bases in more than 65 countries, this international bank has opened up an integral position in their Corporate & Institutional Banking Team responsible for APAC.
This is a Global projects focusing on client onboarding and interactions across APAC. You will be working in a lean team of 4 to implement 'chats' and 'video conferencing' tools such as Wechat, kakaotalk, whatsapp, and Line.
The team is looking for a suitable candidate who is able to analyse business needs, risks, gap analysis, liaise directly with vendors, create and design processes, and relay designs to IT Team. This is NOT an IT role, this is a functional business analyst role.
Direct Responsibilities
- Acts as primary interface with business lines
- Collect, analyze and document business scenarios for the use of voice and chat channels
- Understand business interactions with clients and other external counterparties
- Identify risk and conduct scenarios and contribute to create the framework to address them
Technical (Must possess/Essential)
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- Have prior experience working with implementing recording and surveillance over voice and chat channel
- Have prior experience working with setting up controls
- Excellent soft skills- communications, critical thinking, finding a solutions, attention to details
- Languages: Fluency in Mandarin is a very BIG PLUS
Note: Contract role (12 months renewable upon performance)
