Responsible for assisting the Vice President, Group Technology (IT Security) in:

• Ensuring the organization's information systems are fully operational and remain protected from external threats.
• Ensuring the organization complies to all relevant IT related legislative/regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimally 3 years of Information Security work experiences in the area of Information Security Consultancy and IT Risk Management.
• Possess security related certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CISA, with strong information security knowledge of IT legislations such as PDPA, MAS TRM and PCI, industry Information Security best practices/principles.
• Highly disciplined and diligent in driving deliverables strictly within defined timelines.
• Disciplined in being guided by a set of formalized security policies, standards, procedures and frameworks.

• Provide technical support for Windows servers and network to ensure maximum uptime.

• Manage Cloud Infrastructure and Services such as Office-365, Veeam, SpamTitan, Cloudflare

• Administer security products such as firewall, spam filter, phishing test tool etc

• Design and maintain SharePoint Intranet

• Provide desktop support and standby duty.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Experience in Windows 2012 and abv administration, patching, backup and restore

• Experience in network administration such as VLAN setup, switching, routing, DNS etc.

• Experience in Cloud technologies and cybersecurity concepts

• Experience in desktop hardware and software diagnostic, configuration, and support

• Diploma/Degree in IT with at least 3 years’ experience

To perform business applications to maintain functional and operational availability for the business. This includes problem analysis and resolution, ensuring maximum uptime of business applications, handover of systems from development, and working proactively to improve the operational efficiency and reliability of the platform. This role is hands-on as well as requiring day-to-day operations of the application support and working closely with business users.

Job Description:

​Problem Resolution

• Reactive problem investigation, diagnosis & resolution
• Participate in post-mortem activities for any breaks in system availability
• Carry out root cause and trend analysis of problems and identify, and implement solutions to prevent repeat reoccurrence

Change Management

• Participate in change review meetings to review application development and infrastructure changes that impact applications

Application Management Standards

• Define and implement best practice operational standards (e.g. standardized monitoring, logging, escalation, scheduling).

Application Availability

• Work with the Infrastructure team to proactively improve application serviceability, reliability, and scalability

Product Evaluation & Implementation

• Work with the Infrastructure team to identify and implement new products that will increase operational robustness and efficiency

Product Evaluation & Implementation

• Review and amend technical documentation such as support and disaster recovery procedures to ensure that they are kept up to date

Performance Monitoring & Enhancement

• Work with the Infrastructure team to ensure that all relevant metrics for server performance and capacity are available
• Use metrics to maintain and enhance system performance

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
• At least 3 years of Application Support experience
• Ability to pick up new information quickly and to work independently
• A consistent attitude and respect for high-quality standards and maintains this despite competing pressures

Duties of Logistics Coordinator:

• Assist with daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and stock management.
