JOB DUTIES

• Define a clear, cohesive vision and strategy across the product line including existing and yet-to-be announced product developments. Ensure the vision, objectives and strategy is clearly understood by the various team members across the Creative, Sales and Frontend & Backend Engineering teams.
• Conduct market research, generate product requirements, develop marketing and sales support strategies, as well as determine specifications and time-integrated plans for product introduction.

• Assess the competition by comparing the product line to competitors and seek opportunities to differentiate.
• Go in-depth to develop product requirements, user stories, detailed product feature specifications and define clear and detailed process flows.
• Working closely with the UX and UI designers to detail out the wireframes and final UI for the new features or products.
• Turn customer pains and complex requirements into bite-sized and actionable user-stories that is feasible to be implemented and tested within a well-defined 2-week sprint. Prioritise those with the highest business value to be implemented first.
• Execute beta and pilot programs with early-adopters and track their feedback and enhance the product features set readying it for market release.
• Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product. Prepare product pitch points, feature benefits and sales collaterals to sales teams to enable them to engage potential customers and close sales for the product and product suite.
• Develop key performance metrics for products. Track, monitor and analyse these metrics during beta, early-adopter stages as well as a live product.
• Be recognized as a leader in the product line, build and maintain relationship with the clients, and business stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to team members in terms of project management knowledge, industry knowledge, best practices, communication and documentation skills.
• Source, seek, hire and fill skills and experience gaps among the team members.
• Actively conduct reviews, manage approvals, and sign off processes for product feature sets.
• Keep abreast of latest competitor offerings, and digital trends to help strengthen the team’s deliverables.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computing, Engineering, Product Design or related field.
• Over 5-8 years of related work experience in the domains of project management, business analysis, system analysis, system design, process reengineering and consulting in IT / Tech industry.

Responsibilities:

· Work with Enterprise Account Managers to do customer insight of Mid and Large Enterprise markets in Singapore to identify, develop and close project opportunities. Offer consultation and guidance to key accounts’ infrastructure refresh.

· Presales support including Enterprise IT Infrastructure and Network Architecture Design, Configuration of Bill-of-Materials and Pricing, Customization of Technical Proposal, and other Pre-sales duties.

· Perform Individual and Seminar Presentations to prospects and customers on Huawei solutions to develop new project opportunities.

· Conduct training sessions on Huawei solutions and products to end users and channel partners at least once per quarter.

· Responsible for presales aspects of tender management and response by organizing, reply and provide clarification on tender requests.

· Promote full range of Huawei solutions, hardware and software to enterprise and government’s customer, produce and deliver formal presentations and business proposals.

· Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Product & Solution team to ensure that the requirements are deliverable.

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree in Information Technology/Telecommunications/Electronics/Electrical/ Engineering discipline or equivalent.

· At least 5 years of working experiences, related knowledge in IT Technical Pre-Sales role with knowledge of industry trends, associated solutions, and key partner/ISV solutions.

· Working knowledge of Backup, Storage, Server and Disaster Recovery Best Practice and Methodologies.

· Prior experience in managing tender requests.

The Candidate possesses an end-to-end understanding of an organisation's system environment and its critical elements that need to be actively managed to ensure service levels are met. He is driven leader, able to align the team behind strategic business priorities and to motivate key stakeholders to strive for continuous improvement at all levels.

The Candidate is responsible for providing pre-sales technical expertise to the sales team and clients during the sales process. He/She delivers presentations and technical demonstrations of the organisation's products to prospective clients. He translates the client's business requirements into technical specifications and requirements, and provides technical inputs for proposals, tenders, bids and any relevant documents. He uses prescribed guidelines or policies to analyse and solve problems.

He works in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and travels frequently to clients' premises for technical sales pitches and meetings. He is familiar with client relationship management and sales tools. He possesses deep product and technical knowledge, and is knowledgeable of the trends, developments and challenges of the industry domain.

The Candidate displays effective listening skills and is inquisitive in nature. He possesses deep technical and domain knowledge, pays attention to detail, and has strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. He has a service-oriented personality and is a team player who works towards developing solutions collaboratively.

Job Requirements:

Working Experience Required

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in IT systems and database administration, help desk operations, and incident resolution management.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role focusing on strategic planning, team alignment, and driving business priorities.
• Proven experience in pre-sales technical support, including delivering presentations, conducting technical demonstrations, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
