Reporting directly to Sales Manager, the incumbent is responsible for driving and implementing sales strategy for our Endocrinology portfolio, penetrating both government hospital and private medical channel and will be accountable for the Endocrinology product portfolio sales revenue and territory deliverables.

Account Management

• Able to identify and map out targeted accounts to drive new sales adoption and penetration.
• Establish good working relationship with internal/external stakeholders (at all levels).
• Able to obtain and map sales / market intelligence through his / her market relationships and applies the knowledge to form tangible solutions across sales territories/channel territories/channel
• Proactively seek new business opportunities and untapped account potential.
• Track account sales and provide accurate territory forecast (sales, penetration rates and market share).
• Establish deep understanding of customer needs, challenges, competition and key market trends.
• Plan and executing own territory sales activities and coordinating CME activities implemented by Marketing team.
• Able to obtain and map sales / market intelligence through his / her market relationships and applies the knowledge to form tangible solutions across sales territories/channel.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Science/Pharmacy/Business Management.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in Pharmaceutical Sales.
• Proven Sales track record in Specialty Therapeutic Area or Endocrinology Therapeutic Area is a plus.
• Experience in Hospital Drug Formulary Listing, New Product Account Management and sound knowledge of SG Healthcare subsidies/reimbursement will be preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Possessing a class 3 valid driving license and a vehicle will be a plus point.
• Entrepreneurial with a Growth Mindset.
• Agile and highly adaptable.

Main duties

As our next Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Handle priority support tickets from customers who qualify for premium support. 
• Manage billing questions, review pending orders and specific customers requests in regards to their subscriptions. 
• Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
• Assist channel partners and provisioning of licenses
• Have extensive knowledge of our products and stay in the loop with all updates. Both the platform and the app as well as any additional paid features. 
• Provide information to the product teams on possible improvements based upon customer feedback.
• Contact with customers will primarily occur via email, but video and phone support might be required. 
• Collaborate with account managers, stay updated on product launches, and suggest sales process improvements.

The Sales Support Specialist's duties include other duties reasonably associated with the position. The Employer may change the duties as required from time to time.

Responsibilities:

• Execute service and maintenance workflows efficiently.
• Coordinate with client representatives on all service/maintenance matters.
• Assist the supervisor in organizing teams for service tasks and delegating responsibilities.
• Manage daily client interactions, ensuring their expectations are met.
• Support the supervisor in troubleshooting and timely completion of security system services.
• Understand each client's business to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all work complies with Workplace Safety and Health Act regulations.

Requirements:

A Global Products Operations Senior Specialist's role is to support Product Teams as a representative of the Payment Operations organisation - to ensure that new and current products, features and processes scale efficiently and securely.

Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the Operations Team:

• Provide daily support to regional Payment Operations Teams with Global Products which include Cards Issuance or Assets and any other global products, features and processes that are born over time;

• Maintaining consistent and high level execution of recurring responsibilities within the designated domain;

• Work with regional Payment Operations teams, product managers and developers of multiple product teams to find solutions and opportunities for process optimisation;
