The Singapore Population Health Studies (SPHS) is a large scale population-based health research project by the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore. We are looking for a team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and who is service-oriented and good at time management. The role primarily involves performing dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) scans on research participants within a health screening centre.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Obtain consent from research participants and perform health assessments including anthropometry, blood pressure measurement and ECG (female only).
2. (Upon completion of training) Perform bone densitometry and whole body composition scans on 20 participants per health screening session, keeping to the turnaround time per participant for that procedure.
3. Review images and perform data entry accurately, noting any observation of anomalies.
4. Analyse images and upload to the research database.
5. Perform regular quality control and calibration procedures and maintenance of equipment.
6. Update the inventory of consumables.

Specialist, Renewal Sales (India)

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Specialist, Renewal Sales will focus on account management and sales renewals where you will generate new revenue as part of an inside sales team. You will articulate the value of products or services to customers and accountable for revenue retention motions including product/service contract renewals, extension, upsell and expansion.

As part of our organization’s growth, this is a permanent role where you get to develop a new technology business line as our organization expands the business. We’re looking for individuals who are curious with excellent communication and strong stakeholder skill. You would be comfortable in managing ambiguity situation and manage complex, deep relationship to help the customer to uncover some challenges while setting in place new processes and workflows.

Successful candidates are seasoned and experienced professionals that are excited to resolve a wide range of issues and handle objections in creative ways. You get to cultivate deeper relationships across longer sales cycles with prospect contacts across various organizational levels. In addition to revenue generation sales, you will provide accurate sales forecasting, generate customer quotes, perform customer research, update account notes in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Responsibilities

• Works with complex and large territory/account, products/services, sales or account management processes and may serve as subject matter expert.
• Understand and capture the Voice of the Customer for assigned client.
• Respond to customer inquiries by following standard scripts and procedures.
• Confirm commitment of client’s maintenance contracts and works towards assigned contract revenue goals.
• Create a sales funnel that can support quota overall attainment.
• Make and receive calls with the intent of selling products/services or renewing existing contracts.
• Achieve and exceed quota targets and activity metrics within assigned accounts/territory.
• Convert small starting opportunities to significant sized opportunities over time.
• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
• Undertake research to understand prospect organization structures and identify important players.
• Assess client needs, requirements and facts to adequately recommend satisfactory product solutions.
• Work on problems of diverse scope where data analysis requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
• Develop excellent technical knowledge needed for value proposition and solution selling.
• Collate and deliver exec-level presentations.
• Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identify sales opportunities and lead.
• Maintain the CRM to ensure all relevant data is captured promptly.

Competencies

• You will provide renewal selling services or solutions to a dedicated territory in India region. Candidates with excellent command of English and Hindi language, cultural nuisance for the said territory are encouraged to apply for this role as it requires business language liaison with each territory.

Essential Experiences & Skills and Attributes:

• Degree in HRM or the related domains with good knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
• Minimum 3-5 years of recent experience in Compensation & Benefits & Total Rewards.
• Ability to develop a strong understanding of the industry, conduct benchmarking and implement best practices for the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to achieve positive results and outcome. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, PowerBI/Tableau, Workday and/or SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, and able to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Flexible, multitasker, and an excellent team player that can work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
