This role is pivotal in supporting the Experience Center Technical Operations in Singapore as well in and owning the development of the Experience Content Management System. There will be both operative tasks as well as strategic ownership for certain projects. Your objective should be to evolve in taking responsibilities, to proactively participate in our team and to create valuable outcomes together.

The candidate will also work closely with our other teams in Experience Services for driving and define technical topics.

Key responsibilities include:

• Engage in technical operations for the Experience Center Singapore.
• Own the development of the Experience Content Management System.
• Develop and maintain Message Gateway
• Challenge the status quo and propose ways to simplify the architecture with high standards on security
• Develop and maintain a roadmap that balance user needs, technical effort, and business impact
• Contribute to transformation projects across all Experience Centers
• Work closely with our other Experience Services teams on Technical topics.
• Support in various projects and customer touchpoints
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.

Candidate is expected to carry out Test Board Maintenance activities (Visual inspection, testing, framing, rework, washing, drying, packing etc)

Candidate is also expected to identify issues by recognizing data trends and to be able to read diagram and information from circuit.

Candidate must be driven and able to work independently and systematically to maintain delivery of excellent services.

Basic mechanical, electrical and programming knowledge is preferred to facilitate troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Position Summary / Project Description:

The Project Manager will develop and implement Healthcare Business application solutions, execute the project plan and ensure smooth roll-out of systems within time and budget constraints, and to achieve user satisfaction.
He/She will also maintain good stakeholder relationships including users and vendor project members and support professional delivery of projects and high quality IT services by providing good technical support to stakeholders and users. He/She will also be required to assist executing policies and plans to ensure compliance to the Healthcare and Technology standards

Roles and Responsibilties:

1. Support the implementation of one or more Healthcare Application projects

2. Develop good project management skills to achieve project objectives

3. Develop sound understanding of business requirements and how effective information makes a difference in analysis and decision making

4. Identify data and business gap within organization’s information systems and perform analysis from the systems

5. Prepare Users Requirement and Technical specifications/documentations

6. Provide sound advice to users on the usage of healthcare domain business systems

7. Participate in evaluation of vendor or package/product/data solution and recommend effective and cost-saving solutions

8. Assist to review and evaluate on vendors’ design and solutions

9. Support positive project vendor relationships and resolve technical issues

10. Help to conduct investigations of complaints and provide resolution actions

11. Keep up-to-date and track technology in the area of expertise and provide/review recommendations

12. Supervise junior project team members

13. Provide project progress reports on work tasks assigned

14. Perform testing where required and perform data / requirement resolution and patching

15. Review and rationalize requirements (e.g. to avoid duplicate solutions for the requirements, or standardize it among the different institutions)

16. Review and monitor daily jobs to ensure timely delivery of data

Qualifications/ Experience:

1) Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

2) 3-5 years of relevant IT project experiences with implementation involvement in at least 1-2 project cycles

3) At least 2 year of project management experience with hands-on experience in project implementation and vendor management in medium-scale to large-scale projects

4) At least 1 year experience in healthcare industry, preferably with broad understanding of healthcare business processes like patient administration, patient accounting, and bed management processes

5) Seasoned experience in gathering and documenting business requirements from end-users

6) Solid understanding and hands on experience in all phases of project system development lifecycle

7) Strong communication skills and end-user focused

8) Effective written and verbal communication skill

9) Coach and team player to ensure team meets delivery targets

Requirements

1) Knowledge on SAP ISH (Industry Solution for Hospitals) or SAP FI/MM/HR (Financial / Material Management / Human Resource)

2) SAP IMG System configuration and customization

3) Programming skills in SAP ABAP/4 programming, ABAP Query, ALV reporting, SAPScripts and SmartForms, preferred

4) Knowledge on Web development and design, .NET and JavaScript

5) Knowledge on HL7 standards, Biztalk, Webservices is preferred.

Salary : $4,500 to $5,500 per month

What You Must Have:

To support outdoor broadcast operation on the requirement of power services and the deployment of electrical facility.

• To support the TP in other areas of production e.g., media playback, vision operation when available.
• Preventive maintenance, check, and repair of OB electrical gear.

• Keep abreast with the technology movement where applicable.

• NITEC in Electrical Engineering or Diploma
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in power requirement on OB operations, suitcase setup and OB truck deployment.
• Familiar in OB visual operations, assist in media playback function and technical setup.
