Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and cost optimizations in desktop management and support.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to evaluate and implement new technologies or services.

Essentials:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Extensive experience in desktop engineering, system administration, or related IT roles.
• Proficiency in desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS) and enterprise management tools (SCCM, Intune, Jamf, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and desktop deployment methodologies (MDT, WDS, etc.).
• Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation and task scripting.

• Leadership abilities including project management, team collaboration, and mentoring.

Education/ Professional Qualifications Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), or similar are highly desirable.

• Support site opex lead in goal setting, goals cascade and performance reviews

Requirement:
