Job Requirements

(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training :

• NITEC, Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science.
• Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.

• Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage in active communication forum for the exchange of ideas and information with the teams.

• Identify information required to develop accurate quotes from the supply base and ensures it is availability or requests it from the Business Unit(s) responsible for the given quote.
• Attend and runs quote kick-off meetings for all assigned quote projects.
• Preparation of supplier RFQ packages and solicitation of quotes from the supply base.
• Review and analyze recommended supplier quotes to provide complete costed BOM proposals to Business Unit(s).
• Maintain relationships with supply base used for quoting activities.
• Support Commodity Management by maintaining knowledge of suppliers for custom mechanical commodities.
• Maintain record of suppliers that consistently provide quotes and related information in a timely manner, provides feedback to those suppliers.
• Review and analyzes quotes with Strategic Sourcing Manager and Material Quote Manager to ensure that proposal submission is consistent with the supply chain strategy, ability to supply and customer’s needs.
• Obtain feedback for customer proposals and identify changes in process, tools and execution to improve future submissions.
• Exercise a good working knowledge of materials, assembly and fabrication processes, and sources of supply to support a competitive supply chain strategy for each quote proposal.
• Perform other special projects for Material Quote Manager as necessary.
• Ensure all sensitive and confidential information is handled appropriately.
• Able to create and edit 3D solid model from 2D drawings.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder with technical background preferred.
• At least more than 5 years of experience in the EMS/Manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years exposure with components sourcing and fabrication parts in high mix low volume environment.
• Proficient in SAP will be an added advantage.

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Provide Service Operations support to internal and external customers in accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Ensure the correct functioning and maintenance of all internal and external systems and products serviced by Service Operations
• When required, act as the customer SPOC and coordinate the scheduling of intervention with Customer's, internal resolver groups, and the Service Desk ensuring the highest level of customer services and communications are maintained to resolve the fault and incident within the prescribed SLA.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

· Lead the design and deployment of new IT systems and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.

Job Summary

The Senior/ Air Movement Specialist- AMC performs passenger, cargo and ground service activities in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). He/She ensures that cargo shipments are handled and stored as per handling requirements, prepares passenger ladders, and processes customer flight details and documentation. He/she also follows and implements safety and/or security measures and escalates safety and security breaches.

In addition to operating different equipment and vehicles related to cargo, passenger and ground service operations, the Senior/ Air Movement Specialist- AMC works under all weather conditions as well as in shifts to accommodate round-the-clock flight arrivals and departures. A detail-oriented and meticulous team player, he/she participates in on-the-job and regulated training programmes and works well with others.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with senior leadership at the corporate, business unit and functional level to drive strategic investments, business and corporate development in respect of the group’s core businesses in Asia, the Middle East and other key regions for the SATS group.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Business & Operations Performance

• Prepare the financial performance of the programs assigned.
• Represent the company and co-lead with the Program Manager, the Business and Operations reviews with the clients, working with clients to work on new project initiatives and address any gaps in the operations performance.

2. Customer Service

• Work closely with other internal stakeholders to provide quality, pro-active communication to clients’ queries.

3. Operations

• Prepare and monitor assigned clients’ key performance indicators (KPIs) and address the gaps in the performance with the other internal stakeholders like Logistics team, Production team and Quality team to improve and meet clients’ service level and performance.

4. Order Fulfilment

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain and Logistics Management / Operations Management / Engineering related fields with preference in Industrial Engineering.
• At least two (2) years in an operational/ 3PL environment.
• Experience in the following SAP modules would be preferred - Material Master (MM) / Sales and Distribution (SD) / Production and Planning (PP)
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High level of proficiency in MS Office 365 especially in Excel and Powerpoint.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Great team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Details:

• Source tender/quotation opportunities and manage submission for clients
• Review tender documents/award letters and handle all the post-tender queries/correspondence
• Manage the filing for all the tender/quotation documents
• Maintain tender/quotation and extension of contract in tender tracking system
• Provide updates to clients/customers
• Perform accurate and prompt entry of fax orders, order hotline and other sources into the system
• Handle all inquiries/complaints/feedback from customer/clients
• Ensure compliance to ISO and ISMS procedures and processes

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Source/publish tender or quotation opportunities
• Manage the submission of tender or quotation
• Review/check tender documents & contract terms and conditions prior to submission
• Review/check letter of awards (LOAs) and contracts
• Maintain tender/quotation and contract extension in tender tracking system
• Handle post tender queries and correspondence
• Check purchase orders against tenders and quotations
• Ensure timely filing of all the tender/quotation documents
• Manage item code change
• Respond to all inquiries from customer and clients in a customer service orientated manner
• Provide admin support when necessary. E.g. Filing, data entry, retrieval of documents, or any other duties and tasks assigned
• Ensure strict adherence and compliance to ISO and ISMS procedures
• Any other tasks that may be assigned due to the exigencies of operational requirements

Job Requirements:

• Experienced in Admin, Customer Service; Order and PO Entry preferred

Job Description:

• Receive daily all type of shipment pricing request from working agents and potential agents from the company network
• Review of ad-hoc and RFQ, RFP and RFI documents and final pricing compilation
• Requesting of pricings from airlines, shipping lines and coloaders
• Liaise with local/overseas working vendors and partners for their competitive pricing
• Review all received pricing for pricing sanity check, RFQ completeness quality checks
• Ensure to provide competitive timely pricing to daily enquiries and requests.
• Feedback and review internal and external pricing structure
• 
  
• Airlines, shipping lines and coleaders relationship development.
• Check on costing and billing.
