The MolyCop business currently has 12 manufacturing facilities located throughout Australasia, South and North America, Europe. The business supplies steel consumables, primarily grinding media to the Copper and Gold mineral processing sector. The business has revenues in excess of $1.4Billion and employs more than 1200 direct employees.

MolyCop’s raw material feedstock strategy incorporates a range of supply options including domestic sourcing, make own via our EAF steelmaking facilities located in Canada and importing ~800KT of bar and other traded products. The Singapore trading office is responsible for the sourcing and supply of our imported bar needs.

Role Purpose:

The goal of this position is to provide daily operational support to our Procurement Management team including Request for Quotations, purchase order placement, expediting, handling end to end LC application process, full set of shipping documents, tracking of orders and managing routine documentation for purchase orders in accordance to Molycop procurement policy, procedures, process and delegations of authority.

Role Accountabilities:

1. Procurement & Contract Support

· Full procurement cycle.

· RFQ against forecast and receipt of supplier proposals.

· Weeky RFQ update – Freight, material cost and etc.

· Manage order processing in Dynamics 365 - creating Coversheet, Purchase and Sales contract, load creation, goods receipt, delivery note confirmation and commercial invoice issuance.

· Coordinate pre-shipment inspection arrangements with the QA/QC team and suppliers.

2. Expediting and shipping documentation

· Upkeep cargo readiness and delivery status for all contracts.

· Advising suppliers on vessels ETA and co-ordinate inspections schedule with our QA/QC department.

· Reviewing details on Charter-Party Bill of Lading.

· Weekly reporting to internal stakeholders on ongoing/upcoming shipment.

· Applying COO and co-ordinate CCIC survey application (Indonesia import).

· Submitting shipment advice to internal stakeholders with complete set of documents (BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, MTC, COO, Insurance Certificate etc.)

3. Financing

· Facilitate LC tenor application and amendment.

· Responsible for reconciliation of invoices against purchase order and validate final invoice with Finance team.

· Payment Support

4. Market Analysis

· Assist the team in deepening knowledge of the market and traded categories.

· Assist procurement managers in organizing and executing sourcing initiatives

5. Collaborate with key stakeholders

· Support the Procurement Manager in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and drive change management initiatives.

• Develop a strong understanding of the bank's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
• Collaborate with Risk and Compliance to identify, assess, and resolve risks, issues, and control gaps promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of experience, preferably in Big 4 audit or IT audit.

The incumbent will manage the local IT team in supporting Amundi Singapore and its subsidiaries. He/She will support the Head of IT Asia to build a global IT support for Asia region.

Key Responsibilities

a) Business Application

• Manage and organize business applications, projects and developments (local and global)
• Provide second-line support for all business applications and systems
• Supervise global rollout of applications (UAT, Go-live follow-up)
• Provide business insight and technical expertise across the different sites and continuously look for improvement opportunity within the team, processes and procedures

c) Service Delivery Management

• Proactively communicate incidents to APAC colleagues. Help with the analysis and resolution. Document (JIRA). Escalate if necessary.

• Supervise vendor relationships and any outsourced services and staff. Manage SLA's/KPI's and commercial constraints.
• Prepare and maintain “OES” (Outsourced External Services) documentation

e) Staff management

• Manage the South Asia IT team.

f) Budget and cost

• Manage the regional IT budget, prepare and controll the overall IT cost.

Job Purpose
