IT helpdesk executive
Location : Mountbatten
Salary Range : $2,800 - $3,300
Responsibilities
Work closely with IT Manager and other internal stakeholders on assigned IT support functions to achieve operational efficiency and ensure smooth execution of works.
Support the Clinical Operations team via engagement of multidisciplinary stakeholders (doctors, clinic staff, etc) and provide support of diverse requirements and perspectives to achieve patient centred care and organisational effectiveness.
Liaise with users and IT vendors for the delivery of IT solutions and services.
Setup and deploy new desktop / laptop computers and the associated software, including Windows Active Directory (AD) administration.
Provide technical support to end-users on various technical issues and problems relating to end-user devices (e.g., desktop/laptop computers, printers, scanners, mobile devices etc) and software such as Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
Manage the data protection and cyber security functions. Ensure proper security system setup and maintenance.
Maintain IT assets, systems documentation and software licenses.
Provide assistance to execute action plans for the company’s operational goals and to support the smooth running of daily operations at the company’s specialist clinics
Other duties as assigned by the management.
