As the social media Operations Specialist, you will help build and execute the social media strategy, initiatives, and projects for the world's largest technology company. Billing Admin

Manage the media billing processes which involves,

• Co-coordinating with media planning teams on billing instructions
• Media plan actualization and reconciliation on monthly basis
• Update spots and remarks on Publicis’s proprietary billing platform based on actualized amount
• Generate proforma invoices for shared service team’s approval
• Resolving billing discrepancies with relevant stakeholders e.g. media vendors, media, finance and shared service teams

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

• Provide Service Operations support to internal and external customers in accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
