Responsibilities:

• Develop and build cloud security architectures and solutions
• Monitor, research, and analyze security risks to mitigate threats and security attacks
• Implement solution design for product to help reduce attacks on cloud service data storage, create preventative features, and implement corrective controls when breaches occur
• Regular security and risk assessment for system solutions
• Perform audit trial for security related implementation
• Provide consultancy advice on software and hardware for security vulnerabilities and risks
• Plan Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT), execution, result analysis and provide fix recommendation.
• Provide guidelines like coding, key management, hardening, patch management, backup management, incident management, etc.
• Familiar to IM8 requirements and CIS, NIST security benchmark.
• Familiar to cyber security tools to perform preliminary scan.
• Familiar to public cloud infrastructure such as Azure, AWS, GCP and Huawei.

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Cybersecurity, IT Management or related fields
• Min. 3-4 years’ experience in hands-on execution and carrying out VAPT
• Advanced understanding of cloud, networking, data traffic flow, system administration, cloud architecture, OSI model, anti-malware, anti-virus, defense-in-depth and common security elements.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Support Specialist to test, train and support the end-users based on the company's procurement process. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth adoption and optimal usage of the SAP Ariba platform, helping users effectively navigate and utilize the software.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Proven experience with SAP ARIBA, including a strong understanding of procurement processes.
• Candidate has implemented and deployed at least 2 global/regional SAP ARIBA projects.
• Experience in delivering user training, providing ongoing support, and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with project teams to develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans;
• Identify, document, and communicate any issues or necessary enhancements during the testing phases, ensuring timely resolution;
• Assist in refining processes based on user feedback to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the SAP Ariba system;
• Create tailored training materials and user guides for different user roles, ensuring content is relevant and accessible;
• Lead in-person or virtual training sessions for end-users, ensuring proper comprehension and practical application of the system;
• Offer ongoing support during training sessions, answering questions, addressing concerns, and clarifying doubts to ensure user confidence;
• Provide day-to-day support for users post-implementation, troubleshooting any issues that arise and ensuring system stability;
• Track user adoption and offer additional coaching or training where necessary to improve system usage and user proficiency;
• Gather and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of Ariba processes and tools;
• Collaborate closely with IT, procurement, and finance teams to ensure alignment on system usage and best practices across departments;
• Act as a liaison between users and the project team, facilitating communication to address concerns, updates, and any necessary changes promptly;
