Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will use your technical expertise to support the Facilities department in maintenance and repair tasks on the interior and exterior of IKEA Tampines building.

Your assignment

• Manage and attend to requests relating to mechanical and HVAC systems in the building (e.g. fire protection system, sprinkler, air compressor, chiller checking, AHU checking, etc.)
• Perform investigation and rectification works and update the Supervisor/ Technical Officers.
• Perform and ensure all preventive maintenance works are carried out according to the maintenance programs and procedures.
• Carry out any ad-hoc maintenance or repair work as assigned while ensuring safety first.
• Follow up and provide timely updates to Team leader and Manager on the status of the request.
• Identify and report the need for repairs or breakdown issues.
• Undertake other duties as per assigned.

Your profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in facility/building maintenance.
• Possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour.
• Effective team player with good attention to details and strong follow-up skills.
• Strong multi-tasking ability and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to commit working on AM & PM shift, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through customer relationships, product support and services
• Provide a clinical support in Singapore for 3D mapping procedures
• Driving a 3D mapping procedure through a clinical evidence base to stimulate a demand
• Identify development opportunities and increase unit growth, profitability, and market share for target customers
• Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of customer delivered health care services to patient in service education and training where appropriate
• Manage Account information through effective, timely reports and accurate customer records
• Continuously improve product knowledge and provide improved service to customers

Requirements

• Degree in medical technology or biomedical Science
• At least 3 years of proven experience in the clinical or healthcare setting in Electrophysiology or Cardiology experience (preferred).
• EP tech with relevant experience in Electrophysiology
• CEPIA (Australia) / IBHRE certification is desirable.
• Must be willing to work long and irregular hours, including weekends.

As Senior Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the Sales Enablement function by supercharging the success of our sales teams, equipping them with the tools, resources and knowledge to exceed our goals. Your focus will be on increasing deal-flow velocity through the creation and management of sales collateral such as thought leadership content, white papers and engaging pieces of work that can challenge the position of cross-border payments in a competitive landscape and amplify our sales message.  

You will also support our sales colleagues as a subject matter expert at conferences, events and on specific opportunities where you join sales meetings to assist winning new partners or expanding existing partner revenues. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Delivery and other teams to ensure maximum velocity is achieved through our sales cycle. Your Mission: 

• Define the key issues that exist within the region in relation to the servicing of cross-border payments for consumers, small to medium businesses and large platform enterprises . Build and maintain a strategy that positions Wise Platform, our products and services as the solution to these issues.
• Develop and maintain a target list of accounts that fit with our GTM approach in the region and our overall Wise Platform strategy, sharing and refining with the regional lead as appropriate.
• Work closely with our marketing and product teams to develop a comprehensive commercial playbook that will enable an efficient and transferable launch into a new market or new product.
• Develop and maintain sales collateral that addresses these issues in collaboration with Marketing, such as white papers and thought leadership content to challenge the status quo of cross-border payments.
• Create an evolving competitor analysis document that highlights the strengths, weaknesses and opportunities of our key competitors in comparison to Wise Platform. 
• Support the creation of internal and external sales collateral that will form part of our sales playbook - delivering a consistent and compelling message to our sales teams and partners.
• Help to maintain our knowledge management platform as a single source of information, collateral and data. Ensure our content is accurate and up to date by collaboration with various stakeholders such as Product and by adhering to our control framework.
• Assist with the creation and management of our RFP content library to streamline our response process.
• Work closely with our regional Sales Co-ordinators to ensure consistency of delivery and Sales Enablement support across all regions.

Regional Marketing Specialist

• Lead the execution of regional marketing strategy and development plans to generate regional revenue and drive conversions. Working collaboratively with Brand & Product Marketing to activate programs in the region.
• Identify regional growth opportunities, customer segment trends, and relevant competitive activities that influence customer development performance. Adopting a growth mindset for continual improvement of campaigns to drive performance marketing, working closely with the Growth Marketing Manager and other cross functional leaders.
• Establish sales enablement activities, leveraging marketing and product management for consistent customer engagement, and support for new sales pipeline growth with the sales teams.
• Manage direct agency relationships as applicable in the design and implementation of campaigns localized to regions.
