• Review and analyse the legal and credit implications of proposed terms and conditions in ISDA agreements and CSAs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures related to ISDA documentation.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for counterparties during ISDA negotiations.

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of general contract law, derivatives, financial markets, and associated legal frameworks, including those relevant to power trading and carbon emissions trading.
