We are seeking a Senior / Order Fulfillment Specialist who will ensure smooth production of orders by handling inventory, order entries, parts, among others, while ensuring customer service standards are at their highest.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

· Conducts regular reviews with other functional teams to ensure smooth production to meet customer delivery date.

· Works closely with store team on inventory management and lead the annual stock count exercise.

· Handles backlog, backlog aging and work with team to report monthly Sales plan.

· Performs accurate and timely order entry into Oracle system.

· Raises purchase order via Oracle system, monitor and expedite delivery with other factories and external suppliers.

· Reviews supplier’s acknowledgement to ensure order accuracy.

· Reviews spare parts, order, replenish and handle parts for SEAT customer and Singapore service center.

· Leads Order fulfilment and Customer service team to support SEA Service Center Flow Controls team operations by ensuring high customer service standards and improved financial performance.

· Responsible for ensuring the Order fulfilment and Customer service team are in compliance with company procedures and policies.

· Drives the Order fulfilment and Customer service team to achieve zero office accident.

· Ensures all service activities are carried out safely and in compliance with company Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines and procedures.

For This Role, You Will Need:

· At least 7 years of relevant operational experience.

· Team managerial experience is required.

· Strong experience with business operation system (Oracle, SAP, etc.).

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

· A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision.

· Ability and willingness to multi-task and manage priorities.

· Matured and independent with a good sense of judgement and a sense of urgency on priorities.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

· Diploma / Degree holder in any discipline.

In this role, you will provide critical support and consultative advice on SAP-related business functions and processes, manage SAP vendors, and work on system enhancements. Working days: 5 days (Wednesday to Sunday)
Centre is off on Monday & Tuesday (Both weekend need to work)
Working hours : 44 hours per week varies, weekdays end latest 9:30pm , weekend 6:30pm
Salary : $1,800 - $2,300

Job Description :

• Will carry out co-ordination of classrooms, worksheets organisation and arrange replacement classes.
• Communication with parent/guardians of students with regards to school admin matters (Whatsapp company mobile provided for use on premise.)
• Patient and willing to follow work guidelines and structure.
• No finance functions required. eg (no bookeeping, billing, collections or secretarial functions etc.)
