Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes by posting of job advertisements to attract potential candidates, screening, interview, managing database and arranging candidates for interviews.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires including preparation of Employment Agreement, onboarding document, conduct orientation, employee data input into HR system and etc
- Assist in the offboarding process for resign staff including preparation of letters, exit interview and exit clearance.
- Monitor and assist in work pass administration for new application, renewal and cancellation.
- Maintain, update and ensure proper documentation filing for all HR and admin related document and files.
- Assist in the preparation or update of company organization chart, policies and process flows.
- Assist in updating and maintaining company website.
- Assist in the preparation of company newsletters and festive greeting poster.
- Assist in preparing service quotations to clients
- Assist in maintaining job advertisement and retrieving resume from MyCareerFuture.
- Organizing company events such as year-end dinners
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and any other assigned Admin duties
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma/NITEC in Business Administration or HR.
· Fresh graduates with relevant HR internship experience are welcome to apply.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc) and collaboration applications.
· Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) - draft emails for employees, internal communication and liaison with MOM.
· Ability to interact well with people at all levels.
· Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
· Strong data organization and filing skills
· Meticulous and Attention to detail
· Possess a strong understanding of Singapore labour laws such as Work Passes, MOM Regulations, Employment Act, and other statutory requirements and legislation in Singapore
