Requirements

• At least 7 years SuccessFactors experience with minimum 1 full cycle in SAP SuccessFactors implementation.

Responsibilities

• Ability to lead the team and assist in preparation of BIM model and content for BIM Coordination meetings
• Adhere to BIM execution plan and project workflow criteria under the direction of Architect incharge
• Support project team and efficiency in workflow to achieve BIM deliverables as per requirements timely
• Leveraging BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design documentation
• Assist in updating BIM standard and template for the project
• Be familiar with BIM submission, regulations and guidelines
• Provide guidance and conduct in-house BIM training to other team members
• Develop discipline specific BIM modelling content

• Create and implement compelling communication and engagement strategies (including storytelling, visuals, channels, and campaigns) to promote the Bank’s career offerings to all colleagues and stakeholders and inspire action.
• Adopt a problem-solving and user-centric approach to proactively identify and address challenges/ opportunities through creative and data driven solutions; leveraging design thinking principles to curate experiences that resonate with our colleagues in a timely manner as they craft their skills-first career pathways

• Stay ahead of trends in internal communications and engagement, introducing innovative methods to inspire and connect with colleagues
• Oversee the development and maintenance of our key communication channels, collaterals, and platforms, including knowledge articles on myHR, Careers pulse and diSCover related to Talent Management & Career Experience, ensuring seamless information cascade and ready reference for all colleagues
• Develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and usage of our Talent Management & Career Experience Solutions, including Careers Hub, Talent Marketplace, Talent Brochure etc.
