Responsibilities:

Adhering and implementing Malca-Amit Vaulting Procedures

Inventory Handling:

Assist in receiving, unpacking, and inspecting incoming shipments

Label, tag, and organize inventory items for storage or dispatch

Picking and Packing:

Fulfill orders by picking items from shelves or bins according to pick lists

Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Inventory Management:

Data entry of all Vault transactions into the WMS system accurately and timely (same day)

Data entry of all Vault maintenance (change of location) into WMS accurately and timely (same day)

Stock Maintenance:

Perform regular stock checks to ensure accurate inventory levels.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of warehouse space.

Assisting in Logistics:

Assist in loading and unloading trucks or containers.

Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth logistics operations.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receiving documents.

Assist in preparing reports related to inventory levels or warehouse activities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Meticulous in handling transactions and during report preparation
• Team player. Ability to work in a team to handle daily duties
• Logistics / Warehouse experience is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage full spectrum of accounting functions in accordance with statutory requirements, financial accounting regulations, company policies and procedures
2. Supervise a small team, provide guidance, resolving accounting discrepancies and review their work
3. Review processes and internal controls and taking the lead as project leader for any automation or improvement in processes
4. Compiling financial reports and supervising month/year end closing activities
5. Review WIP and Debtors ageing report
6. Ensure revenue, expenses and accruals are recorded appropriately
7. Assist with annual budgeting & forecast exercise
8. Handle corporate tax, GST filing and overseas VAT matters, government statistical reporting etc
9. Liaise and coordinate with external parties on different aspects including but not limited to audit, tax agents and corporate secretary matters
10. Undertake any other ad hoc task assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with min. 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with large reputable organizations. Big 4 professional firms experience would be an advantage.
2. Proficiency in use of computer. Especially excellent MS-Excel skills is a must, experience in MS-Access, MS-PowerPoint, Dynamics is an advantage.
3. Strong team-player with good interpersonal skills.
4. Keen on personal development with long term commitment to the company.
5. Good communication skills – both written and oral with ability to communicate to both finance and non-finance teams.
6. Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
