Responsibilities:

• Lead and run the 24/7 application support team for applications and systems.
• Ensures team members are providing necessary help to the end-users. Train the team members on the application logic/usage, interfaces and features.
• Solve critical issues of the application and system, guide and mentor team members.
• Ownership of all issues that are raised, through to closure within defined SLA.
• Build and maintain good rapport between stakeholders. Handle escalations and manage client expectations on an ongoing basis.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related.
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience as a Software Developer/ Senior Application Support Engineer/ Team Lead.
• Strong analysis, research, investigation and evaluation skills, with a structured approach to problem solving
• Understanding of IT industry working practices / methodologies. ITIL certification is highly advantageous.
