You will perform the day-to-day administrative work of all areas of HR operations including payroll and on-boarding activities, administering staff benefits, and any other HR initiatives or projects assigned from time to time.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle payroll process from computation of trip earnings, preparation of payslip and monthly payroll summary report
• Manage and handle employee’s records in Info-Tech System
• Familiar with work pass regulations and processes (Eg: work pass application, renewal and cancellation)
• Preparation of employee contracts and onboarding documents
• Assist in the recruitment and selection process.
• Respond to employees’ questions about salaries & benefits
• Coordinate benefits administration in the areas of medical claims
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in HR management / Business Administration or any other related field
• Proficient with local employment laws and regulations
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word)

The Business Development Executive plays a critical role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the Business Development Manager in achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

A) Opportunity Identification & Market Expansion

- Identify new business opportunities and support the company’s strategic goals.

- Monitor market trends to ensure the company remains competitive.

- Assist in the development of business plans and strategies to target specific market segments for business expansion.

B) Client & Relationship Management

-Establish & maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

-Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, understanding their needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Assist the Business Development Manager in creating and executing strategies to develop long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships.

-Coordinate client feedback and align the company’s offerings with client expectations.

Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years in sales or business development roles, preferably in process industrial sectors.

- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with refineries, shutdown jobs, and process industries.

Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and negotiate contracts.

- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Relationship Management: Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and business partners.

Other Requirements

Willingness travel Jurong Island for client meetings and attend industry events.

Responsibilities:

IT Support:

• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, antivirus scans, and system optimizations to maintain compliance.
• Assist in setting up and configuring workstations, mobile devices, and audio/visual setups.
• Responsible for managing security incidents and outages for area of geographic responsibility partaking in the IRP / ERBC as directed. Due to geographic isolation, possible need to take on the local lead role.

IT Administration:

• Manage office IT to documented IT standards and process.
• Manage inventory, via asset tracking for IT equipment and software license in ITSM system.
• Manage IT tasks that pertain to employee life cycle from onboarding to user separation.
• Log and manage tickets in ITSM system, following Incident and Problem Management process where applicable.
• Work with external suppliers for IT hardware procurement and repair.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven at least 1.5 years of experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows and macOS is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
