Job Description:

• Perform functional and aesthetic inspection of aircraft cabin interiors.

• Document any defects, perform troubleshooting and carry out rectification.

• Support cabin modification, retrofitting and component repair tasks.

• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• NITEC / Higher NITEC, preferably in an Engineering discipline

• At least minimum 2 years of relevant aircraft cabin maintenance experience

• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays (rotating shift hours)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dormitory Supervisor cum Store man. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory management, warehouse operations, stock control, team management, and communication within the dormitory facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce dormitory rules
• Arrange and allocates rooms for the internal and sub-contractors' workers
• Prepare and maintain all the check in and check out record in the system
• Liaise with HQ and Site for dormitory related matters.
• Attend to company request and handle workers’ problems
• To conduct random room inspections to check on general upkeep and also to verify that only authorized persons reside in the units
• Perform joint inspection for taking over of non-renewal units and handing over of new tenancy units
• Responsible for the all the administration related matters in dormitory
• Maintain accurate inventory records e.g. in and out reporting and perform regular stock checks.
• Organize storage areas to ensure accessibility and neatness.

Requirements:

• Min 1 year experience in dormitory management
• Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Alert and possess good observational skills.
• Experience in the Security Industry will be an advantage.

• Handling order fulfilment and processing orders
• Maintain inventory of routers & set up
• Ensure router stocks must be tallied with the reservation number
• Quick thinking to resolve customers queries, able to identify problems and provide a solution to recover customer satisfaction
• Able to run shift when needed for the operations department
