Contract Details

• Service Period: 1 February 2025 to 31 December 2025.
• Extension Option: The School reserves the right to extend the contract for an additional year (1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026).
• Working Hours:
  Option 1:Mondays to Thursdays: 10:45 AM to 8:00 PM (45-min lunch break)
  Fridays: 10:45 AM to 7:30 PM (45-min lunch break)
  Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (rostered duty as required)
  Option 2:
  Mondays to Thursdays: 6:00 AM to 3:15 PM (45-min lunch break)
  Fridays: 6:00 AM to 2:45 PM (45-min lunch break)
  Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (rostered duty as required)
  Service Exemptions: No service on Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

Scope of Services

The deployed personnel will:

1. Perform manual work, including moving tables and chairs.
2. Conduct general cleaning duties for classrooms, special rooms, and school fields.
3. Assist in traffic warden and security duties, minor repairs, and DIY tasks.
4. Supervise term contractors as needed.
5. Work on a shift basis as assigned.
6. Undertake additional duties as directed by the School.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

The ideal candidate should have:

1. A Pass in PSLE or equivalent qualification.
2. At least three years of experience in school operations.
3. A high level of physical fitness and be medically fit.
4. Ability to understand and communicate in simple English or Mandarin.
5. A team-oriented mindset, resourcefulness, and high initiative.

Job Overview:

• Provide technical support for internal staff and occasionally for clients. Responsible for troubleshooting, managing IT equipment, and handling onboarding processes. Ensure smooth IT operations within the agency and at client sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Post-sales support : Providing Technical support to partners or customers after purchasing their products.

• Assist technical team of partners and customers to tackle and resolve technical issues
• Able to dissemble and assemble scanner according to maintenance manual(Training will be provided)
• Train and enable service partners to provide post-sales support to end-user
