Job Scope:
Support the CEO in driving key transformation initiatives including people, health academy, care model, and innovation. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, goal-setting, facilitating meetings, change management, and overseeing successful implementation of initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics for meetings, including agenda, materials, and facilitation.
• Collaborate with CEO and leadership to refine transformation strategies.
• Conduct research and develop strategic plans for each transformation area.
• Set SMART goals for workgroups and monitor progress.
• Develop KPIs to measure success and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Manage change, track progress, and resolve issues.
• Engage employees through feedback sessions to improve implementation.
• Communicate transformation progress to stakeholders and promote new initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree from a recognized institution
• Min. 2 years of experience in administrative roles, particularly in project coordination.
• Project management or healthcare / Govt industry experience preferred.

Jobs Responsibilities

• Liaise with policyholders, intermediaries, investigators, surveyors, adjusters, investigators, lawyers, 3rd party claimants, group companies
• Manage and process claims expeditiously, professionally and equitably within agreed service benchmarks or applicable protocols
• Advising underwriters on issues discovered during claims handling
• Ensure recovery claims are pursued and followed up periodically
• Compile monthly/quarterly statistics
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the superior

Job Requirements

• Prior insurance claims experience preferred
• Possess GI certifications

• Generate payment proposals to effect payments via various modes e.g. cheques, transfers, interbank GIRO etc.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Experience in SAP is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• High integrity, meticulous and proactive
• Independent, self-driven with the ability to multi-task to meet tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
• Customer service oriented with good service attributes and team spirit to achieve win-win outcome
