Position Summary :

In anticipation of future bids and projects in Defence and Public Security sectors, Engineering Department requires system engineers who has a track record of building, deploying and maintaining the IT infrastructure in an enterprise environment. The System Engineer is to assist with IT infrastructure solutions according to project requirements and drive transformation for internal/external customers by adopting established platforms. What you get to do in this role:

• Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across all product sales
• Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team, orchestrating an account strategy across a broad virtual team (Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialist, Success resources, Partners and Marketing, etc.)
• Be a trusted advisor to your customers by understanding their business and advising on how ServiceNow can help help their IT roadmap

Deliverables/Business Partnering 

• Work closely with regional, local, JV & HQ teams and develop excellent knowledge of KENZO SEA local markets operating environments  

• Operational tasks including order processing, monthly closing, periodic sales performance, etc 

• Deliver timely, accurate & qualitative communication of Kenzo SG books and business performance 

• Support consolidation, analysis, and reporting of the brands’ performance.  

Actuals 

• Maintain day to day operation of the brand. 

• Analyze overall delivery of company financial targets on a regular basis & report to the business with recommendations as necessary including P&Ls and Cash flow drivers (stocks, capex, etc.) 

• Assist to analyze the business risk and preparation of back-up plan for business target achievement 

• Prepare monthly analysis of the main Key performance indicators (sales, P&L, DOI, Stock in trade, Capex..) in accordance with brand management needs 

• Handle local reports requested by the regional and HQ teams 

Forecasts (Budget, Revision, Landing, …) 

• Prepare budget and revisions in accordance with parent company requirements and timetable, working with the local management and finance teams to gather information in a timely and accurate way 

• Maintain cost control responsibility; provide relevant reports and rationale, with recommended action plans to the business for tight budget control  

• Support the brand in preparing the 3 years long-term strategy plan 

Ad hoc Analyses & Projects 

• Prepare/review the investments requests 

• Provide analytical support to cross-function initiatives and ad hoc projects 

• Participate in new markets opening preparation, simulations and operations 

• Continually seek to improve processing efficiency and accounting/controlling capabilities of the company 

• Participate in the implementation of finance / IT projects for the accounting/controlling functions 

• Reinforce internal control requirements and implement procedures as necessary.  

• Develop corporate strategy papers and reports for the board of management
• Conduct country and market analyses across all business units to result in supportive concepts for regional strategy and business development
• Prepare and coordinate top-level management meetings and workshops

This role is specifically for the TSE Implant support organization in AMSEA within AGS and as such requires product specialism in Implant VIISta and Legacy hardware and associated software and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for all technical support related within AGS TSE. Mainly supporting technical escalations, Root cause analysis and follow up tech doc creation, system installation support , FSO improvement programs and service contract SME support.
