Job Responsibilities:
- Build strong knowledge of sales processes and product offerings
- Identify and qualify new inbound and outbound sales opportunities
- Conduct customer calls to qualify prospects and schedule introductory meetings for the Sales team
- Partner closely with Sales to strategically penetrate key accounts
- Nurture early-stage opportunities to develop future sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate lead and prospect activity records to ensure effective lead management
- Engage with clients to understand their hiring requirements, follow-up closely on client’s job order fulfilment and expectations
- Enhance customer-centric sales skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Requirements
- Possess at least a diploma or degree, preferably in business-related fields
- Candidates who have no experience but are interested in sales and business development are welcome to apply
- Training will be provided for candidates who do not have experience in business development and/or sales
- Strong organizational, communication skills, attention to detail and willing to learn
- Candidates should be results-driven, with a commitment to meeting the company’s sales targets
