Responsibilities:

Job Description

• Maintain procurement records and documentation.
• Communicate and work very closely with the project team for preparation of the invitation of the request for Proposal and administering of the purchase requisition and award consent with the project team.
• Collaborate with procurement team in day-to-day procurement operation.
• Collaborate with Project Leads in project budget monitoring.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Engineering, Science, Construction Management
• Min 2 years of experience, preferably in water and wastewater or waste to energy industries
• Good knowledge and experience in procurement role in the past covers purchasing and associated contractual administration works.
• Positive thinking and with supportive atmosphere amongst the procurement team
• Preferably with those with good knowledge of mechanical works cover fabrication and piping works
• Conversant of purchasing exercise and familiar with associated contractual terms and conditions for Procurement Works related to EPC Works.
• Experience in auditing and its procedures and compliances.

You will be responsible for ensuring timely order fulfilment by managing daily operations, planning staff tasks, and handling overtime. They conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies between the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and physical stock. Efficient storage management and communication with other departments, like Finance, are essential to meet business needs. Safety compliance, including hazard identification and procedure improvements, is prioritized. Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics Management or relevant discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant logistics experience in warehouse operations

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager with project functions, including project management, site management, and risk control to achieve project goals.
• Support Project Manager in planning and coordinating construction works according to the master and detailed work programs.
• Guide junior Engineers in daily work execution.
• Prepare and submit project documents such as schedules, method statements, design plans, risk assessments, and reports.
• Supervise construction to ensure compliance with contract specifications, drawings, quality standards, and ESH practices.

• Facilitate site inspections, submit technical reports, and maintain records. Assist in verifying progress payments and contractor claims.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer Board.
