Purpose and Scope:

The person is responsible as project planning executive to assist the planning manager & planning engineer to facilitate, consolidate, track and liaison of all submissions, approvals, drawings and other documents for authority compliance, commencement, construction and completion of a project.

The person is responsible to assist the planning manager & planning engineer in creating and monitoring project execution plans and highlight deviations and communicate to respective stakeholders. Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor project master schedule to ensure documents submission is on time.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum diploma in relevant field, with sound knowledge of project planning & document controls
• Experience in coordination with Project & Engineering and Operations & Maintenance personnel will be an added advantage.
• Understanding in MS Project, project timeline & cost control will be an added advantage
