Responsibilities:

• Implement, operate, and maintain application infrastructure services aligned with business needs and government policies.
• Translate business requirements into infrastructure design meeting availability, capacity, resiliency, security, and continuity goals.
• Forecast budgets for projects and maintenance.
• Work with service providers to develop and deploy IT infrastructure, ensuring confidentiality, availability, and data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with agency IT policies and standards.

Experience & Skills:

Key Responsibilities

• Setup and optimize applications and databases to meet project requirements.
• Analyze, review, and suggest software application improvements to support new services.
• Collaborate with software development teams, clients, and users to boost application performance.
• Administer applications, including user account management and configuration.
• Develop and execute comprehensive Test Plans and User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
• Prepare detailed UAT reports and maintain configuration records.
