Job Description:

• Support to Production / Project management Team
• Projects based - Minutes taking, correspondence, filing, documents status, administering register, reports, and other project related matters (For new or existing project)
• Follow up of letters to Sub-Con/Supplier Register and Status, JCF/WCF etc.
• Follow up of Stationery/Pantry (stock,issue) for Client and Production request.
• Follow up of any other matters in MY/WY site office (document approval, staff movement etc.)
• Producion/Project Meeting Room Booking
• Supports Production Admin Superintendent for any other matters as and when required.
• Any other tasks assigned by Superior or Authorized person

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Engineering or Businese Administration
• Able to write minutes meeting
• At least 3 years experiences in Project Administration works in Marine or Oil & Gas industry
• Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
• Responsible, adaptable and meticulous
• PC Literate
• Prefer stay in West area

• Handle workers' work passes, documents for dormitory registration and workers orientation .
• Monitor and arrange for employees related training and medical welfare.
• Follow up and process of worker work passes, including new application, renewal, transfer and cancellation matters
• Handling general administrative and clerical support.
