KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Payables function. (Experience with Full set accounts will be an advantage)
• Validate the completeness and accuracy of transactions by ensuring that all transactions are authorized, comply with prevailing policies and supporting documents are in order.
• Monitor integrity of system processes by conducting sampling of transactions to ensure payments are in order.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions in accordance with documented processes.
